All existing signatures are displayed as tiles on the home page and/or within folders. If you want to create a new email signature that is similar to an existing one or make a backup of a signature before making changes, you can copy the signature.
To copy a signature:
- Hover your cursor over the required signature then click the Copy option:
- A pop-up menu is displayed to allow you to select a location for the copied version of the signature. You can either copy it to the home page or an existing folder:
- Once you have selected a location, an exact copy of the email signature is made in the required location. The title of the copied version is preceded with the text 'Copy of...'.
Now you can modify it as needed, such as rename the signature, edit it, (if required) disable it or enable it and so on.
