Scenario
There is a conditional field in your signature, with images inside. However, there is a need to update these due to a Re-brand, or they are too big etc.
Solution
There are three methods of updating images in the Conditional Field
To change the image inside the conditional field – double click on the condition you wish to edit
The Conditional Field window will appear, here you can either double click on the highlighted condition or click edit
By either double clicking on the condition or by clicking edit, the editing window will appear.
To update the image, you can either double click on the {Custom Image}, Right click and choose properties from the menu, or click on the [...] button to edit the image further.
Method 1
Click on the [...] button to edit the image, the Expandable Field Editor will appear, you will then have to click on the {Custom Image} to be able to edit this in the right hand properties.
Click OK or close once you are happy
Method 2
Right click on the image -> click properties from the Menu
The properties window will open, where you can use the [...] button to upload an embedded image, or replace the location with a hosted url - here you can change the size of the image as well.
Click OK or close the window once you are happy.
Method 3
Double click on the {Custom Image} you can replace the image either by using the [...] button, or replace the location with a hosted url and click OK once you are happy.
Once you have finished editing the conditions, click OK on each window, until you see the design of your signature.
Go to Preview - and populate a user in the From: box to test out how each condition looks, and works in your signature without sending an email.
