Relevant Product: Exclaimer Cloud - Signatures for Office 365
To add a payment method to the portal:
- Login to the portal and navigate to the Payment Methods tab (or click Manage against the required subscription, in the Overview tab).
- Under the Payment methods section, click Add Card to add your credit card details, or click Add Bank Debit to add your direct debit details.
All credit/debit card details are stored securely using GlobalIris, powered by HSBC.
- Once the required form is complete, you will automatically be redirected back to the Payment screen.
We will only attempt to take payment from the credit/debit card you supply a total of three times before it is declined.
