Relevant Products: Exclaimer Cloud - Signatures for Office 365
You have updated users data (job title, change of name etc) but the changes are not visible in the signature that is appended by Exclaimer Cloud.
This behaviour is likely to occur if the changes made in Office 365/Azure Active Directory have not yet synchronised.
Data synchronisation occurs automatically once a day. You can force a manual synchronisation as per the instructions below:
1. Log into the Exclaimer portal (portal.exclaimer.com)
2. Click the Launch button
3. Click the Settings button at the top of the page
4. Click the Start button under Office 365/Azure Active Directory Synchronisation
