Description
You can easily add another user or remove a user from your Exclaimer Cloud subscription.
NOTES:
- You need to be the subscription Owner or the subscription Admin to add other users (as Admin) who can log into the Exclaimer portal.
- You need to be the subscription Owner to remove/delete users from your subscription.
- You need to be the subscription Owner or the subscription Admin to add other users (as Admin) who can log into the Exclaimer portal.

How to access it?
To access User Management:

Log into the Exclaimer Cloud portal and navigate to the Overview tab.
- From the Overview tab, click Manage against the required subscription.
NOTE: If you cannot see the Manage option against the subscription to which you want to add another user, then you are not the subscription Admin.
If you have a test subscription, a banner will appear at the top of the screen, reflecting that it is a Test Subscription.

Adding a user
To add an additional user to your Exclaimer Cloud subscription:
- In the User Management section, click Add a user.
Example:
The Add a user window is displayed. -
In the Email address, enter the new user's email address who requires access.
- Tick the option to grant the (new) user permission for Exclaimer's invoice, address and company details.

Select the role for the user: Admin or Editor.

Click Add to add the new user.
Once the user has been successfully added, they will receive an automated email from Exclaimer, allowing them to set up a password and log in.NOTE: Only the subscription Owner can revoke user access to a subscription.

Removing a user
To remove a user from your Exclaimer Cloud subscription:
NOTE: You need to be the subscription Owner to remove/delete users from your subscription.

In the User Management section, click the bin icon (
)next to the user you wish to remove.
Example:
- A message is displayed, so you can confirm if you'd like to remove the selected user. Once the user is removed, they will no longer be able to edit and manage the signatures.
