Description
You can add another user or remove a user from your Exclaimer subscription via User Management. This changes who can log in to your Exclaimer account.
NOTES: A Subscription Owner or User Manager can add and remove users. Admins can add users to a subscription, but cannot remove them.

How to access it
To access User Management:
- Log into your Exclaimer account and launch your subscription.
- From the header bar, select the initials icon, then select Manage Subscription. The Add a user button is found in the User Management section.

Select Add a user. Note that this screen may appear different depending on your subscription setup and/or your user role.

Adding a user for direct customers
To add an additional user to your Exclaimer subscription:
- Select Add a user.
This opens the Add a user window.

- In Email address, enter the new user's email address.
- If required, select the checkbox to grant the user permission to change the invoice address and company details.

Select Add to add the new user. The new user will receive an automated email from Exclaimer, allowing them to set up login details.
NOTE: New users are given the Editor role. To adjust the user's permissions, select the role checkboxes for the new user in User Management. For more information on what different roles can do in Exclaimer, see User Management.
Adding a user for resellers
Resellers can add two types of user: employee users and external users. This action happens on the Manage screen.
To add an additional user:
- Select Add a user. This launches the subscription management section.
- In the User management section,
- Select Add an employee user to add a new user. Employee users can be assigned roles such as Finance or Owner, providing access to billing details and invoices. For more information on roles and permissions, see User Management.
- Select Add an External user to add a new user. External users can manage the subscription, but do not have access to billing details or invoices.
The User management section contains the Add user options.

- In Email address, enter the new user's email address.

Removing a user
To remove a user from your Exclaimer subscription:
NOTE: You must be the subscription Owner or a User Manager to remove/delete users from your subscription.
- In the User Management section, select the bin icon
next to the user you wish to remove.
The bin icon is found on each user row in the User Management section.
- In the Delete user account window, select Delete to remove the selected user. Once you remove a user, they can no longer access the Exclaimer portal.

The message to confirm if you want to remove the selected user.
