If you are raising a ticket with Exclaimer Support, it is important to have your license key ready as it helps confirm that you are supported.
Follow the steps below to locate and copy your license key:
- Launch the product.
- From the left-hand pane, select the Exclaimer node.
- From the centre-pane, select the Licensing tab.
- Look for the line beginning Order, right-click and select Copy.
Copy the order number to your clipboard.
- Copy this value and paste it on the Exclaimer Support ticket.
