Installing – Transport Agent
Download the ‘Email Alias Manager for Exchange’ installation file ‘setup.exe’ and run on
one of the supported operating systems listed under the Software heading in the System
Requirements section. An MSI is available from support by raising a ticket with our support team https://www.exclaimer.com/support/raise-ticket
Uninstalling – Transport Agent
Uninstall can be achieved via the ‘setup.exe’ or MSI for the currently installed version of ‘Email Alias Manager for Exchange’ or via ‘Programs and Features’ in your operating
Upgrade can be achieved via the ‘setup.exe’ which will perform an in-place upgrade.
- Only the aliases associated with the last account in the profile list were showing
when multiple email accounts were defined in the Outlook.
- Exception thrown when viewing or accepting meeting requests.

- The list of aliases available are now determined by the account selected in the FROM field in Outlook.
