You need to retrieve messages which have been archived by Exclaimer Mail Archiver – taking them from the archive store and into a mailbox or PST file.
To restore messages from the archive store, you must ensure that the restore to mailbox option is enabled and configured as per this Knowledge Base article .
Having set this option, users will be able to restore messages, in bulk, to their mailbox. From there, the messages can be exported to a PST file using Microsoft Outlook options (if required).

Messages for an entire day can be exported directly from the archive store using the BIN2PST utility, as per this Knowledge Base article .
