To upgrade the Signature Manager Exchange Edition, follow the steps outlined below:
- Download the latest version from the website,
- Install the latest version downloaded.
Downloading Signature Manager Exchange Edition
To download the latest version of the Signature Manager Exchange Edition:
- Right-click here to download the Signature Manager Exchange Edition.
Installing Signature Manager Exchange Edition
To install the Signature Manager Exchange Edition:
- Run the Signature Manager Exchange Edition installation file Setup.exe on each Microsoft Exchange Server that has the Hub Transport role (Exchange 2007/2010) or Mailbox role (Exchange 2013) installed.
Note: During the upgrade (installation process), all the configuration settings will be intact. However, as a precaution, you can export your configuration settings.
Once the installation is complete, no further configuration is required and the product is operational.

Exporting Configuration Settings
To export your existing configuration settings:
- Open the Exclaimer Console.
- Select the Exclaimer node.
- Open the Action menu.
- Select Export Configuration...
- Select a location and file name for the export then click Save.
