Scenario
You would like to have user photos in your Exclaimer signatures, and you want to know how you can upload the photos to Google Directory.

An Administrator uploads the user photos within the Google Workspace Admin Console
This option is suitable for Google Workspace Administrators to upload photos on behalf of their users. With this solution, each user photo is uploaded individually.
To upload the user photos:
- Navigate to the Google Workspace Admin Console.
- Navigate to Directory > Users.
- Click on the user for whom the photo needs to be uploaded.
- Click UPLOAD PROFILE PHOTO.
- Select the user photo file to be uploaded.
- Click Open.
The user photo will be uploaded to Google Directory.
Each user uploads their user photo within their Google profile
NOTE: It is necessary for Profile picture editing to be enabled within the Google Workspace Admin Console (Directory settings > Profile editing) to allow users to edit their own profile picture.
To upload the user photos:

- Sign in to your Google account, example: Gmail.
- Click the Google Account button at the top-right of the page.
- Click on the profile picture.
Example:
- Click Add profile picture.
- Click From Computer.
- Drag the user profile picture file as shown or click Upload from computer to browse for the file manually.
- Crop and rotate the picture as required.
- Click Next.
- Set the required visibility settings.
- Click Save as profile picture.
- Sign in to your Google account, example: Gmail.
