You are using Exclaimer Cloud, and you notice that when designing signatures in the Signature Designer, the preview is displayed for a test user (example: Karen Green) unless the example user is changed using the drop-down.

When you use the Signature Tester, the matched signatures are populated with data for the user you have chosen to run the test with.
