Scenario
You are using Exclaimer Cloud and have created a new signature template. You would like to include an animated GIF in your signature template.
Resolution
NOTE: The steps described here assume that you have already created an email signature. For more information, see how you can create a signature.
CAUTION!
- All email clients do not support animated GIFs, and you may have issues with the GIF not animating as required.
- The following mail clients currently do not support animated GIFs: Outlook 2013 & 2016
In regards to this, the animated GIF will simply display the first frame of the animation.

To use animated GIFs in your signature, please follow the steps described below:
- Open the signature template you wish to edit within the Signature Designer.

From the left-hand side pane, drag the Image/Logo element and drop it onto the canvas at the desired location.
Example:
The Image/Logo window is displayed.
- You can either upload an embedded image or enter a Linked image URL if your image is web-hosted.

- Click OK to save the changes made.
