What is the difference between the number of users shown in the portal and on my usage report?
Answer
The number of users shown on the subscription management page of the Exclaimer Cloud portal is specified by the customer at the time of purchase or renewal.
The number of users on the usage report created when generating invoices for customers is a count of the number of unique mailboxes processed by Exclaimer Cloud. A unique mailbox is defined as a user, shared mailbox, group, mail user, public folder and any other mailbox's primary email address and does not include alias/proxy addresses.
